Yup. So I have an account on Newgrounds now. My brother insisted I post some news to make myself known, but I have no bloody idea what to write. So, for a little introduction, I guess:
I'm an student at the academy of fine arts and I study animation. I'm in my master years at the moment, and I have a few shorts on youtube under the same name I have here. They're all pretty classic, we mostly still animate with pencil and paper. The last animation I did with flash was about half a year ago (that's this one, by the way) , since I now fancy the classical way. Maybe this newgrounds account will make me put in some effort though.
I'm mostly drawing comics at the moment, and as soon as I find out how to actually make my website look like a website, I'll begin a regularly updated webcomic. Which must be pretty damn soon, actually!
Anyhow, that's a short introduction.
I plan on submitting some content soon, but since my laptop crashed a few months ago I lost a shitload of .swf's and flash files in general from older movies, so I don't know what kind of content that's going to be yet.
We'll see!

Cool. Welcome to new grounds... Do you like manga too? It seems to be a trend in people who like comics.
Morthagg (Updated )
Well, yes and no. There are things I like about manga, (like the way they can use scenery, the revolutionary découpage, the atypical characters, how you can relate to people in those comics, ..) but there are a lot of things that piss me off too (the overdone atypical characters, the overdone scenery and action, the fact that a strong and truly atypical female character is really hard to come by, and they all look the fucking same...) plus the humour is often way over my head : /
I prefer western comics, and I would give anyone that wants to draw (comics, or anything else) the advice: stay the fuck away from manga until you can actually draw. I didn't and it has left an unwanted impression in all my drawings I can't really get rid of.
Oh, and thanks for the welcome.
